A collective birthday party is held every 1-2 months for employees with the latest birthday. All employees with birthday in this month can become birthday stars. The company provides each birthday star with a small gift and a birthday card written by the supervisor.

At the end of the Spring Festival holiday rand entering the working hours of the new year, the company will distribute cash red envelopes to each employee to express the company's blessing and encouragement for each employee in the new year.
