Recently, the engineers of Straits Umbrella Technology Innovation Center are paying close attention to the progress of the center's umbrella industry intelligent production line project.
At present, the production of Jinjiang umbrella industry still maintains the traditional production methods such as manual cutting and manual sewing, which not only has high labor intensity and low work efficiency, but also unstable product quality. Machine instead of manual has become an urgent problem to be solved in the industry.
Therefore, Strait Umbrella Industry Science and Technology Innovation Center and Huazhong University of Science and Technology jointly set up a project to explore and study the automatic production of umbrella production line for many times, and finally complete the feasibility plan. The project has completed modeling and is about to be put into pilot production.
In addition to pay attention to the research and development of intelligent equipment and design work of the industry, at present, the channel umbrella industry science and technology innovation center has developed from the new material, together with the fuzhou university in order to solve the traditional iron from high pollution, easy to damage, etc., through the use of new materials, improve the service life of the product, reduce costs, boost jinjiang umbrella products improve market space and competitive advantage.
