In 2018, our company invested nearly ten million rmb to build a 600-square-meter lab.

This lab includes the material, such as fabric, frame, handle and the finished umbrella testing. Through the building of the lab, we can improve the product quality standards, and we can also meet the requirement of different customers.

Now let us go to our Gas Chromatography Lab. This is a Gas Chromatography instrument. we are mainly used to test whether our fabric contain 24 banned azo dyes. If has, we can find out through this device.

After finding out fabric contains banned Azo Dye. then we’re going further through this device that we have here, and this device is called a liquid chromatography. So with this device, we can find out which ingredient that exceed our content targets.

This is an umbrella opening and closing test machine that we develop according to the National Standard. According to the national standard, the umbrella must go through no less than 400 times opening and closing test, and there is still no quality problems have.

This is a straight umbrella opening and closing test machine, according to the national standard, straight umbrella must go through not less than 600 times of opening and closing test, and the product is qualified without any quality problems.

This is an experimental instrument for wind resistance. What kind of umbrella is qualified, it must be under the wind speed of 10 m/s testing. So let’s look at a process of detection. The product needs to be tested continuously for 30 seconds at a wind speed of 10 meters per second. After that 30 seconds, the product does not appear to be deformed.
