The project fixed the flanging of lace cloth before edging through the edge winding mechanism without manual actual pressing, so as to solve the key technology of automatic flanging of umbrella cloth. Help the umbrella industry to achieve digital upgrade.

At the same time, the "Umbrella shaft Intelligent Production line" project has experienced several iterations over the past six years, and will be installed in the factory and put into large-scale industrial production in 2023. The intelligent assembly line project of Umbrella shaft can completely replace more than 10 complicated manual processes in the assembly process of Umbrella shaft  with machines, and replace the workload of eight or nine workers with one line. It can produce all day long and save more than 90% labor. It not only solves the pain point of difficult and expensive labor in the industry, but also achieves the production mode of high automation, high efficiency, high precision and low cost.

In addition, the technological development of umbrella rivet production equipment has also made certain achievements. The first generation of equipment has been published, and the stability and fineness are being optimized and upgraded at present. This equipment can realize automatic alignment and automatic loading and unloading of umbrella segment assembly process, and carry out automatic riveting assembly of umbrella segment, effectively solve the pain points that rely on manual operation for a long time, effectively reduce labor costs, avoid personnel safety accidents, and achieve the effect of saving time and labor. At present, the riveting process in the umbrella making industry is still semi-automatic, which requires workers to synchronize their hands, eyes and feet to perform riveting by tramping on the equipment with their feet, which is not only slow, but also has the risk of finger injury due to operational errors. Yoana Umbrella Industry investment research and development of this equipment, the use of equipment to completely replace the manual, is a revolutionary innovation of umbrella equipment.
